Very very very very very very very very very very very hard

Impossible when asking to be paid. Stay away from this site. I think is all fraud.

Before booking, very easy. They will even contact you before you can even contact them. After having paid and in case you have problems or want a refund, almost impossible! They will try everything not to give you your money back.

I recieved a reply from them within a 24 hour period, but they did not help me at all. They will always take the house owner's/real estate agent's side if there is a conflict, and it does not matter who is right and who is wrong.
