First, it was the truly impressive flexibility with customization that their builder and theme offer a creative person like myself. Second, it was the top-notch support. They do a great job of clearly explaining how to do things and their newsletter is a must. LOTS of useful tips. And lastly, I was impressed with the continuous innovations to their theme and builder. They are consistently excellent.

Amazing constant updating of their code and great support

I was turned on to it by a friend in the industry. He gave me a peek behind the scenes with his lifetime subscription. As soon as I saw it I knew I needed to buy one.

This isn't one of those companies where they write the code once, slap it on a website to sell it and call it a day. There is constant improvement - including AI features being added.

I did a bit of research before choosing Elegant Themes. In the end, it was between Beaver Builder and Elegant Themes. I ultimately chose ET because I run a magazine website and I really liked the look and feel of their EXTRA theme!
