They will apply lipstick to the pig and call it macaroni. My response TOLD me they had addressed all my issues without addressing any of them. Perhaps they should ask first? They'll try to buy you off, which is a poor approach. Stay on them... I think there are good folks there, but they need to actually fix some issues. Again, good tools and great tech stuff...
