T was such a terrible experience. I felt so helpless when I was told that my double-booked flight ticket was refundable, however, it turns out it wasnt "fully refundable" and that there was absolutely nothing that could be done about it. This was a ticket that I had booked for my whole family, and I had to pay a cancellation fee of 60%, which was the equivalent of my whole month's salary.
There was literally no option to assist with this situation.
1) can we cancel the booking for lower price? NO
2) can we change the booking? I.d origin and destination NO
3) is there anything else that can be done? NO

I cannot believe that there was literally no option to help us out in any way. Please be careful if you need refundable and changeable options, because whatever it will be, easemytrip.com will not be able to do anything about it. They can only simply apologize.

Fraud website. Indigo has refunded my booking amount on 4 July and I cancelled the ticket as per ease my trip customer care email reply in end Sept. But still they have not transferred my amount to my bank account and only giving excuses. Complete fraud... will never book from this website again.

My wallet balance is showing Rs. 37410 as I had cancelled the ticket due to Corona lockdown as the flight had got cancelled. However, when I am doing a transfer to my bank account, it is giving the message as already processed but I have not got any amount in my bank account.
Email replies from customer care are absure and they are giving same reply that it is being processed... this is since 1 month am getting same reply.

Yes they are fraud people with no customer service available

The flight itself did not fly and took my 3000 charge when it was said that no charge will be taken at this time. It was on 2 April and Custom Care is not giving any response.

Scam. Paypal cash back never came and ticket was not confirmed even til 5 min before take off.

Very horrible service. We purchased a ticket thru Jet Airways and we all know they cancelled their flights and refunded all the money(Jet airways personally tracked and confirmed that they refunded) But still Ease My Trip is not refunding the money saying one of the flight from London to Toronto (Air Canada) wasn't cancelled.
How would we reach there if all the other flights got cancelled, They never even offered to switch to a different flight. Never buy from these cheap services who would never refund or help with the ticket. U have been warned, Never buy from them. Pay a little extra and buy it directly from Airlines.

Scam, they will act like a Legit company but clearly frauding people.

It's a scam where they want to take out money out of you and no followup services are provided.

Absolute scammers - every positive review is left by one of their cronies. Trust me from first hand experience, don't let them anywhere near you or your hard earned money.
