Impossible, but if you do they're useless and give you a number of impossible tasks and hoops to jump through.

They have a script to follow that Never Fixes anything and really time consuming. Waste of time as they know the problems but do not fix them. Most of the time they create the problems in the games with broken patches and updates just to sell more! EA help is just auto bots with no help or fixes. Error reports date back at least 5 years! Awful company!

Even if you do get through to them their policies preclude them from doing anything to help you.

Nearly impossible. Most of the "contact us" and "help" links either do not work or send you around in circles. They do not want you to contact them via email, live chat or heaven forbid phone call. And if you are so fortunate to get a phone call from them, they will probably hang up on you.
