It is PCMag's decision to choose which driver updaters to do a review of, so does a lot of other similar websites like PCMag.

Similarly, it it PCMag's (Germany) decision which software to have cooperation with.

But to make a conclusion based on one single review alone is too risky, since there could be so many factors contributing to the review made, and we believe you agree on this too. Plus, there are tons of other ways of showing endorsement of a certain software.

Hence, it is recommended that you check more reviews on both Driver Easy and the other driver updater you mentioned on some sites, and then decide which one to use eventually. No pressure here, just a minor suggestion to prevent you from making a wrong choice.

The ratings on websites such as CNET, for example, and the ranking on Alexa is a good starter.
