Not upto the mark... felt few hadrware technician
are newly appointed were not ble to understand as well as answer the query.

Warranty just repairs until you are out of warranty time, then they send you to " Out of Warranty" to get more of your money.

Dell hardly ever fixes computers
Wait until warranty then dumps you

I personally wouldn't buy another computer without the support services. I'm pretty tech savvy, but having the premium services means an extended warranty. If you end up with hardware issues it's WELL worth the added coverage.

Don't buy a dell they are a waste of money but a Mac or hp
