No, I can NOT! It's a disaster! I don't know a single person who has had a good experience with them. We've actually considered moving out of California (but can't afford it, now that they have taken so much of our money). I never imagined our last years on earth would be such a nightmare! It's all thanks to Covered California. I'm so depressed...
