It seems like a legitimate company, but this experience shows that they don't value their customers in a legal and ethical way. I would be happy to receive proof of them honoring their mistakes in this transaction and righting it. Mistakes happen. Pretending I don't exist any more, and am not satisfied with the product I paid for that was never shipped out to me, is not acceptable. I received the order confirmation, and they said we will send you the shipping confirmation. I'm going to go ahead and say this is definitely scam like behavior.

It may not be everyone else's experience, but I find Cleanse and Co crystals to be over overpriced and the quality of the crystals is average at best. Don't be fooled by their marketing and pretty instagram feed. I would recommend buying a crystal which shows a photo of the exact item you're buying. There are plenty of great crystal sellers on Etsy and their reviews accurately reflect the quality of their service. I have been disappointed many times by Cleanse and Co crystals which have been "picked intuitively" for me.

I get a reply back in minutes through email or instagram, all the girls are lovely and very easy to talk to and are more than happy to help with any problems and queries you may have! Hayley is an absolute gem & you are treated like family. Just be kind back in how you communicate to small businesses, we are all human & every person deserves that decency!
