WHY are they refusing to let customers go back to the old website -- which was excellent compared to this new monster? Slow, inconvenient and looks like it was designed by a child!!

Because they can and they don't care. The customer service outside of the branch is non-existent. They truly don't care about anything other than the amount of money they can collect from the interest they can collect from our money.

There are no extra security items to log jnto chase. Other banks have better security.
