No, used and in terrible condition. Do not buy from this website if you like great products and a company that values their customers!

No. It would appear that these equipments are repurposed, but are working and technically relevant.

We offer both new and refurbished item as each items description page will list the items condition with a specific definition as to the items condition as well as will list each and every accessory that will be included. We offer a 1 year extended warranty with most of our items so our customers can buy with confidence and can't lose money vs renting the modem for a year.
