It's a scam, at least to my definition. They lost an item I bought and claimed the warehouse is "preparing it". When I stated that I wanted a refund because it was lost (warehouse maintenance for 2+ weeks?), they told me tough luck and that they wouldn't do anything.

Fake product but told won't be compensated.They charged shipping costs again after they charged in purchasing.
