7-11-2015 Please have Erin, your representative, to return my emails inquiries and phone calls. I really need to know whether my diamond has shipped. Brilliance has my thousand dollars+ payment; now I need my diamond and some explanation, please, as to why I cannot get Erin to respond to me.

Noel I wanted to follow up to make sure you got the diamond and it worked out for you? I personally looked at it before it left our offices and was very impressed with the value and size myself.
