They never paid me for a book I purchased new on amazon. I received an e-mail that it was suspected counterfeit and they have not responded to any follow up emails.

None. They will take your books and money and you won't get anything

They don't pay you! I sent in a book quoted for almost $22 which was in like new conditions, and they created a bogus reason (missing the copyright page, even though there weren't any torn out pages in the entire book) and adjusted the price to $0. If I wanted my book back, I would have to pay almost $10 in shipping to get it back. Don't trust them!
This is the picture they submitted to say the page was missing... as you can see, no sign of torn pages.

Check or PayPal. I suggest PayPal because I got mine literally the next day after they processed it.
