I received payment within a few days after they received the book. Only issue is I was paid a bit less than the quote even though the book was brand new and never used. I wonder where they figured it was worth less?

I never got any money for one book, they marked it as suspected counterfeit and refuse to answer my emails, although I purchased the book new on amazon.

You won't get any money. They are a scam website. They'll take your money and books

Mine says processed and it said PayPal was immediate but I haven't received my money

They don't pay you! I sent in a book quoted for almost $22 which was in like new conditions, and they created a bogus reason (missing the copyright page, even though there weren't any torn out pages in the entire book) and adjusted the price to $0. If I wanted my book back, I would have to pay almost $10 in shipping to get it back. Don't trust them!

They will give you a label that you print off a regular printer and then you supply the box. Make sure to read their instructions where you need to make sure to surround the book to make sure it can't move around in the box or get damaged. Then you drop it off at USPS or Fedex depending what the label is from. It took mine about two weeks to deliver via USPS but they processed it within 3 days and I was paid the next morning through PayPal.

Hi Isabel, payment is usually issued within the next few business days after processing if there are no issues with book condition. We provide a prepaid shipping label you can use when a buyback order is placed.
