I was going to order a red bomber jacket from boohoo since I can't find it one anywhere else, but I had to check if it was a safe website at first. After reading all the bad reviews about bad customer service, product not arriving, not getting refund etc. I am not very sure to order from boohoo since I only am 16 years old. If I should not order from boohoo do you know anywhere else I can get a red bomber jacket? And if someone had a great experience with boohoo please tell me, because I am only seeing bad ones.

I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it

Boohoo are fine. I have had some great service from them and some lovely items. You could also look at Yesstyle and Zulily. All on-line stores have their problems. I just never spend a lot of money with any oth them, just in case. Good luck.
