Is the Quality good? Does it arrive undamaged? I could not get sufficient information from the BBB report of an A and 10 complaints in 36 months. Five resolved and five not?!

I purchased a casket from Best Price Caskets and the casket was of excellent quality, arrived on time, and was boxed and packaged correctly to prevent damage. In fact the funeral home asked for my signature to authorize the funeral home to uncrate the casket so it could be inspected. The funeral home uncrated in my presence and all was OK. A form then was sent to Best Price Caskets that all had arrived OK.
