I don't know. They just send new items if you cancel another. It is crazy. I have never had this happen before.

First you should always use Paypal, and you avoid these problems, because they deal with mess for you and get results in hours, not days.
Secondly. I advise filing a complaint with your credit card company, bank and the FTC online.
