Very easy to get in touch with. I've called twice and got someone quick each time. Not only did they answer my questions but was quick to fix the issue. And you get to talk to a real person that can speak English. Very pleased with the experience I had.

When you have cash in your hand they are very responsive but when you have a return you get ghosted

I'm virtually impossible. I would get a answer maybe a week and a half later for them to say they got to check with someone else to never reply again.
