Tried AVS Document Converter just now for PDF to MS Word 2016. Lost hyperlinks to my Table of Contents. Is there a way to keep TOC links created using Word and saved as PDF

I believe in word if you look at the top at the menus you will see File, Edit, etc. use the Insert and it will allow you to do this if I'm not mistaken.
