Don't buy ANYTHING from these assholes. My antenna arrived with pieces missing, and no reply to calls or email to tech support at all.
I have no idea if the antenna or DVR is any good at all since I can't set it up.

If you do need to call for tech support, its a good idea to call and press the button for SALES -- they'll be right on THAT.

Their website claims to ship within 24 hours and deliver within 1 to 3 days. I ordered an antenna and pro install kit on April 18th they didn't even print the shipping label until April 22nd and they didn't hand it off to Fedex until April 26th. That's 8 days there. Then they slow boated it through fedex and the antenna arrived on May 2nd. I still haven't received the pro install kit yet and have been sitting here with walls open waiting to install this for 17 days now. VERY ANGRY!
