I have tried to "open dispute" on an item I did not receive. The seller messaged me to inform me they no longer had the item I ordered, and told me to "open dispute " and would send me my refund. I have tried numerous times to submit it, but after completing all the requested information, it will not "submit" the information. Anyone else had this problem and know what to do? Thanks, Tom

I had this issue several times. The issue is that they only allow a certain number of characters ( Letters and numbers) in the description of the problem. So you will need shorten the number of words in the description and re-send until it goes through.

You can open dispute only during the time period is given as "shipping" time or guarantee period which is usually from 45 to 60 days depended the seller. After this time you can not open any dispute and you loose your money. You should never leave that period expire if you want to make a dispute. Otherwise you should ask aliexpress for that problem and wait their answer. Try other options at the dispute menu because you may choose a wrong option and dispute can not be submitted. I made many disputes but I did not face such problem. Have a good luck. I hope everything works fine to you

Call your credit card company and start a dispute. They will stop payment to Aliexpress.

I'm in the middle of asimilar thing. I would say let both your bank and the better business bureau know about your situation. Their sellers are still telling me nonsense. I recently informed my bank and the BBB about my case. My bank gave me this form and as for BBB its an ongoing case.

As others suggest, try a different browser first in case it's software issue. If that doesn't work, they have an online chat system which is the only way I've been able to communicate with aliexpress. In my case however, the whole experience has been disappointing. Maybe you'll have better luck but I wouldn't hope for much.

Normally, its no problem to submit. Once I had the same problem. When I changed to an other browser the problem was solved. So, it had nothing to do with Aliexpress, it was just a software problem.

No I always open a dispute and communicate with the seller I have not had a problem I couldn't. But one time seller wouldn't refund the money because he said that I did not open dispute and I just don't remember that I did not open it is because I always do. I did not get the refund because the issue was closed. You get an order and you submit all the documents required

Alibaba, AliExpress and AliPay... they're all robbers... as well as those listed in their web pages. Don't get involved with this fake sellers!

I always try to online chat with the seller if they have that option. Caustic emails work too as something of mine took forever to come so I complained via email and got 2 products instead of one
