Airrattle sucks... the shipped a broken gun, and refused a exchange. When I received the gun it was in pieces in the box. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

I was able to get my money back by using the PayPal dispute process. I shipped items to them once and they didn't accept the box, so I had to use certified mail so they were forced to take it. Bunch of crooks. Do not buy from this company.

This company sent us a gun with no invoice, no manual, no contact #, they won't even respond to e-mail, Their policy_ buy another new one then you'll have spare parts! It broke Christmas morning, 30seconds out of the box. The shipping is more than the gun, and they offer no deals or free return shipping. My son was devistated! He thinks Santa sent him a sucky piece of crap! AIRRATTLE SUCKS! Please help me resolve this by letting them know how they need to have better customer service! (614)738-0019 is the number they won't answer!
