We do not change the order amount. It is all based on customer selection. During the signup process customers have an option to upgrade the service from the basic service fee of $99 for an additional $99. However, this is the customer's choice to select the service level. Therefore, if a customer selects the upgrade II option, the system will add an additional $99. Similarly we offer 24 hour RUSH service for an additional $45 to get the documents to our clients within 24 hours. So if a customer selects the rush service the system will charge an additional $45. We also have a minimal transaction fee which we pay to the bank for card processing.

Also, if a customer makes a mistake during the signup and selects a service they did not intend to get and they inform us in a timely manner we immediately make the adjustments and downgrade the service level, issue a refund for the difference and prepare the documents accordingly.
