Alright, so not to be a Karen, but I do feel it's well deserved. Buckle up guys.
So back in the beginning of February 2019, I ordered a few products from this company, including some shape wear that I was going to be wearing under my wedding dress (wedding was in June of 2019) I was sent 2 of the 6 things that I did order, but then no word about the rest of my order. I sent MULTIPLE emails trying to get ahold of them because in March I still hadn't received my full order, nor had I gotten any word of when it would ship out. And I hear NOTHING from them. So I email again and again, and then in April I get an email stating that there were shipping delays, and the asked if I wanted to swap the items I ordered for other things with equal/less value. I said sure, and told them the things I wanted to replace it with. And they told me that the replacement items were out of stock as well. And this went on for months. So flash forward to June of 2019. (Already past my wedding date and I had to order from a different company)
I email, and hear nothing, and then July I'm sending emails, I commented on the Instagram and Facebook accounts and sent messages thru there as well (IG commenting was deleted and DMs were never responded to.) and the same for august, September... all the way until January of 2020, I heard nothing back. I was sending emails out that weren't being answered. They said here is a gift card for 82$ (when my order placed was well over $250) I said no thank you, I would rather just have my money back. What makes you think I would want to order from your company ever again? And they said well, you can take the gift card or you get nothing. We don't do refunds or cancellations of orders. Suck it up.
So now, it's February 2021, and I'm like well I don't want to waste the money (again) so I'll order what I can with the gift card. And here it goes again, now we are at the end of March, almost to April. No products, and 4 emails about this new order that have not been responded to. They do not have a page with the BBB, so I don't know where to submit a complaint to.
But long story short, moral of the story... what ever you want to call it. Stay away from them. They are a scam.
If you’re considering using this site. DONT. Just literally throw whatever money you were planning on spending with them in the trash. I’m sure that’ll be of better use.

Be very careful when ordering from this company. They will not tell you an item is out of stock, however they will confirm order. My order was placed 1 month ago, still no product.
When I called to check, they informed me no refunds. Therefore, if this happens to you, you will have to dispute with credit card company.

I have never had soooooo many issues with one company. I ordered a waist trainer(the JWow favorite) from waistShaperz.com on April 20th. I didn't receive it for several weeks. Over a week ago I emailed them to complain that after only a few weeks my waist trainer was already falling apart. The stitching is low quality so the bones are pushing out the bottom and the hooks are coming loose. Customer service responded to my email saying they were not responsible for any products after the customer has it for two days. TWO DAYS! What a load of crap! No one knows the quality of a product after only two days. All I know is that waist trainers are meant to be tight and if they fit comfortabley then their is no reason for the hooks to be loosening. I spoke with their customer service on the phone today and the girl was unbelievably unprofessional. At the end of the call I asked her name and she told me she couldn't tell me her name. She said that company policy does not allow any employee to give their name over the phone to a customer. I didn't believe her so after that call I got on the chat messenger they have on their website and explained what happened. While I was waiting for a reply on the chat I called the customer service number again and the first thing I asked was the girls name. She told me her name was Niya. I explained to her what the last girl told me about giving out their names and she responded by apologizing and saying she had no idea why the last girl would say that. My second call was much more successful and I actually got the email of the customer service manager (*******@waistshaperz.com if anyone else needs it). So I end that call and go back to the chat where that girl appolizes also to me for being told they can't give out names and asks for my order number so she can look up who I spoke with. She responds back and says I spoke with Niya, which I then explained that I called twice and Niya was the second girl I spoke with. She then says that Niya just confirmed that she took both my calls. At this point I shouldn't be shocked by anything this company does but to say the least I was pissed. So if you get Niya on the phone ask to speak with someone else. She was rude, then lied about not being aloud to give her name to customers, and then took my call again pretending to be someone else. This company marks up cheap made in China waist trainers and body suits soo much that they can advertise a 40% off promo code every day so people think they are getting a good deal. They don't allow comments, feedback, or any type of reviews to be posted on their website so new customers (victims) won't know what kind of company waiatshaperz really is. Just google "reviews for waistShaperz.com" and you will see that you are not alone. There are complaints on everything from the s&h, to the quality, to the customer service, to the refund/exchange policy, etc. Dont make the same mistake I did. Someone please shut this company down!
