I don't know what to do, first I paid in December 2023 so that the February batch would arrive, in March I asked them what happened and they ask me for the invoice and I sent it, they told me that they were going to send it to me, then the US Customs stopped it I asked James What do I do and he told me to wait becouse it was normal, so after days and days I call DHL, they told me that I needed to send another invoice becouse the invoice that Viperatech sent did not match the true price of the product, I spoke with James from Viperatech again and he sent me an invoice and he said to send them that one, US Customs did not accept it and they wanted another one, I asked James from Viperatech what I will do becouse it is my first time and I imagine you know about it, he told me don't worry that the ASICS would be returned and then he could send them to me again but through USPS or UPS, I waited and on March 30 the ASICS were already in Hong Kong, I told him that if he could't send them to me again or if you have problems you could give me my money back, he told me that he could give me the money back but I need to pay 1,500 dollars since Honk Kong DHL has it and they asks for that amount to be able to release it, I don't know if it's true but I was already very tired of all this and stressed, I told him to take those 1,500 dollars of the 7,900 dollars that I paid and send me the rest, he asked me for a USDT address and I gave it to him, that was on April 8 and since then I have not had a response, I have written and written to him on WhatsApp, on his website, I have sent him emails, I even called and they told me that James is his boss and that they would give him the message, I don't know what to do becouse I don;t have any answer, that was all my savings, I begged James in the chats not to do this to me and he didn't answer me, I don't understand why there are people like that who play with clients and their money I worked hard to save that money and he just took it and didn't care. On May 27th it will be 6 months since I paid to them. To be honest I'm so desperate, I can't sleep, I'm thinking about looking for a lawyer and suing that company for fraud. I didn't want to reach these instances or give a bad review but it has been 2 months without a response from them, so unfortunately I will look for a lawyer to see what I can do.
James Campagna I trusted your company and that they were honest people, why after 2 months I have no answer, you have the ASICS, you have my money, I even told you ok, take those 1,500 dollars and you don't even answer me.
I ordered an Intel i9-1o980XE which Vipertech listed as in stock. The funds were deducted from my account right away and the problems pretty much started right away. I was told product would ship in 7 days days after order was placed, one said shipped DDP and another said I have to deal with customs. I did not receive my order until 22Aug23.
I was told " It is enroute but no tracking until it lands in your country." When I went to chat after 8 days I was told it was not shipped. Now bear it mind it more often than not took Viperatech days to reply to my questions regarding this order, asking for delivery status. After days of no replies I made a review explaining what my experience with Viperatech was like so far.
Within and hour or 2 I started getting messages from Vipertech, here is the exchange:
V: "Management has informed us your order is being cancelled unless you change your 1 star trustpilot review."

Now the thing about that exchange. I made the review on a Google account that is not registered with Viperatech. Another thing I would like to point out is where Viperatech in the above exchange said they paid more for the CPU and sold it to me at a loss. I checked Viperatech website for the CPU after that claim and the price went from $1,050 to $1,398. I checked the site again and it was back down to $1,050, now it's back to $1,398. The reason I did not request a refund, is because after the abuse from Viperatech I figured they might drag their feet on processing the refund.
Viperatech is not honest on what they have in stock, when/if it was shipped and are very, very slow to respond to customer questions/concerns. How would I describe my experience with Viperatech? Something between a dumpster fire and a nightmare. Also do not trust the 5 star reviews. Viperatech gives everyone a "$500 return customer promo". In other words they buy their 5 star reviews.
Date of experience: August 01,2023 A review was left on Trustpilot as above with 1 star. Trustpilot asked for documentation, proof of purchase, UPS tracking number, bank statement, chat thread ith Viperatech. Still Trustpilot deleted review in 5 hours.
