If I could give this online store a zero, I would. I ordered an autographed picture framed for my fiance's birthday on September 3rd. I was given a shipping date of Sept 16. When I didn't receive any correspondence even after Sept 19, I contacted them through their customer chat option. Alex said they had misplaced the picture and sent the wrong one to the framers. I finally talked with someone on their online chat feature again on their website and they assured me that the right picture would be sent to the framers and the shipping would be expedited to me. Needless to say, my fiance did not get his picture for his birthday on September 18th. In fact, I didn't finally receive a refund until well into October. They gave me the runaround several times about sending the wrong picture to the framers. Then later they said that the picture had been damaged and transit. Then after going back and forth through many emails and chats, they finally offered me a refund. By the time they offered it, I was willing to accept even though what I really wanted was the autographed picture I ordered as a gift. Thankfully, I purchased a backup present for him at another store which was an autographed football of his favorite Alabama player. He was really happy with it! I had to insist that they contact me for updates. I rarely got an update unless I first contacted them and asked for one. Even though in our messages back and forth they assured me that they would contact me and keep me informed it became a mess and a hassle. After my terrible experience, I looked online at the reviews and notice that there were other people who had a similar bad experience. I would have given them an opportunity to fix the mistake gladly if they would have, but it seems like they never had it in stock or the picture wasn't currently available for them to ship out. You would think that almost $200 would buy you some peace of mind, but it doesn't. Read the reviews! BUYER BEWARE! I am a reviewer on Google and will gladly give an excellent review for good customer service, but I couldn't find much good to say about this experience. It was more frustrating than anything else. I received Many broken promises that my picture was going to be shipped and no actual follow through. I do not recommend this store at all. Go somewhere else for sports memorabilia.
