COGECO cable/internet provider in Quebec

Last year Cogeco bought Axion, the local provider. We used to have very good to excellent service on the TV side. Now it just plain sucks. (The internet is unchanged, good) once, twice, three times a week service goes out. For how long... this time, one hour and counting. Prices have gone up though!
