This is my Valuable Advice to all the Merchants whosoever is engaged in a Buisness that never ever get your premises to be engaged with a paytm pos machine (paytm card Swipe machine) they will take all your Marginal money as well as you instant money also. Such a Big Fraudsters you have ever seen in your Life and made you Beggar from a Buisness class to a Beggar.as i want to tell all of my Merchants Friends that i have installed a Machine at my premises at my Workplace for transaction and the time the person you installed at my premises he said that sir this a Basic Touch Model introduces by Paytm in which you have to give a. Rental of 235/ Month and for this touch model you have to Deposit a Refundable Security of 2000 whic at the time of Uninstalling of Device you get a Money Credit in you Paytm Account a Refundable money of R. S 2000 and with in a 7 days of Process and for Certain I installed that Fraudsters Machine in August 2019 and on 2nd of Feb as a Mail i ask paytm to uninstall my Machine and mail them as well to uninstall a pos Machine. And they have uninstall it on 10-7-19 and after that i have not received any Settlement Mail or Sms and i call them they said me that sir you will get rs 600 instead of your 2000 Refunds security in 40-60 days and i say that your person said tht it a Refundable security and you are asking 600 only what is this they say its a Policy which we introduced now i say at the time of installation your policy is different and after uninstalling its Different they said its our Policy and we have. A Right to change it time to time without any Notice i said well you people have cut my rental also give me its refund he said you will get in 40-50 days today its 2. 9. 2020 and I return machine on 10. 7. 2020 till now i have not got anything after not got anything they are such a Fraudsters they Eat you money like. A pro and make policy at their own for every Customers time to time by thier on wish.so my Warning cum Advice to you to please never ever get Grabbed by such a Fraudsters company #Fraudster paytm.

Ghatiya service Paytm ki usse achha to kisi dukan wale se le lo product cancel kr diya or paise bhi refund nhi kr rhe hai

I purchased Iphone 6 on paytm on 6 Aug and got deliver on 8 Aug and received damaged phone so i took JobSheet from Apple Authorised service center on 10Aug
and placed Return Request on 10 Aug itself,
and they asked me to mail jobsheet on 11 Aug and i mailed it,
Even after that they are mailing me saying that "send correct Jobsheet as IMEI number on Jobsheet and IMEI on Invoice doesn't match"

after that i mailed Photo of invoice and jobsheet, then i received call from paytm they said me that invoice they received have different IMEI number. so they asked me to mail photos of
Jobsheet, invoice, phone with visible IMEI, and box with visible IMEI.
after verifying that all detail they Accepted my return request on 12 Aug,

And i received mail that i will be refunded my Amount but their customer care Executive were saying that My iphone will be replaced,even they are not Aware whether its refund or replace.

on 13 Aug man came for pickup at 11am and asked me to give him phone and invoice along with it, and told that i will be receiving Pickup message at 3pm.
i asked him give me pickup slip but he was not ok with it, so i asked him to pickup my phone at 3pm and, at 3pm he rejected my pickup mentioning that "return rejected because of Quality Checked Failed". i made a call to pickup man, hi told me it happened by his side with his mistake.

i called paytm and and mailed my whole situation to them, but they are least bothered to take my problem seriously even i provided them the pickup man contact number and his name, but they are least bothered to contact the pickup man
i provided paytm with that man's name and contact number.

again paytm asked me to send photo on phone, and Box on 14 Aug and told to wait 24 hrs and now when i called them on 16 Aug they are asking for more 24 hrs.

when i told paytm i will be Taking this issue to social media they are like yes you can.

and till now again and again they are asking whats the issue in phone.
i have send them jobsheet 2..to 3 times

but they have only 1 thing to say wait 24 hrs

its worst experience with paytm... neither am getting my refund nor i am getting replacement.

even they don't that by which name should they send me mail they are sending me mail by my Middle name.

paytm had send me another mail
which is not related to me - and while talking to paytm they told me that "it might me sended you because of Technical Issue"
but email might me came to me but it came to me with my name.
how irresponsible this company is.

ON 13 Aug Paytm send person to pickup phone but this time
That person was having different IMEI number then what the product actually have.
Even the Tracking number (AWB number) mention in the mail received from paytm
was different then the AWB number Their courier partner was having.

I lost my sim card and I closed the number before changing it into mu PayTM account.
So since then I could access my PayTM account.

UNKOWN CASE
- 12th Oct I raised a case for updation of mobile. After two hours, PayTM closed my case without any email, call.

CASE ********
- I had to raise another case on the 17th Oct.
On 27th Oct (more than 10 days?!?!?!?!?) finally they sent an email to me asking for some docs.
On 30th Oct I replied with the required information.
Until 7th Nov I received 4 emails saying that they tried to call me but I was not reachable. Well, I receive calls from Europe and Pan India and I do not have a single missed call.

- On 7th Nov I came to know that my 2nd case was also auto-close, without any news about my case from PayTM. So a lady opened a third case for me.

CASE ********
- I called the CC after the opening of the new case, They were saying sorry, that they were going to try the best to speed up my case.
- In the night, I talked to Mr. Roshan (conversation code ********) who was very kind but lied to me: he said that my case was going to be closed positively to me on the 8th.
- On the 8th, I talked to Mr. Naunit Anugraj (********) which made the conversation a truly hell: he did not allow me to end a single sentence, he was repeating the same again and again and he refused to transfer my call to another senior. All in all, an extremely disappointing CC experience.
- On the same day, I talked to Mr. Chavan (********) who really listened to me and paid attention to my requirements.
- I shared uncountable emails and call during all this long period of time. So finally I requested to have the money of my wallet in my IDBI bank account on the 9th before 20:00.

- On 9th, after a long month, I was able to access my PayTM account, but I can not transfer the money back to my IDBI personal bank account.
The only thing is that I had to reinstall my app
- So I called again. Mr. Arun (********) and Mr. Rajender (********) which were so unhelpful and Mr. Naunit Anugraj.
- I called so many times and nobody can explain what is going on with my case. The only update that I am getting is that the backend team is working on my case on priority basis.
- The I have just received an email asking about the iOS version of my mobile and the model number. WHAT IS THAT MEAN? MY MObiLE DOES NOT WORK? PAYtM RELEASES VERSIONS OF THEIR APP NOT UPDATED TO iOS?

Why I cannot access the backend team directly?
Why nobody provided an appellation team email address?
Why after waiting for almost one month I cannot transfer my money in wallet to my IDBI personal bank account?
