HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If i can give them negative stars i would!. I ordered from Oista for the first time on May 22nd 2019 and had so many issues with this vendor from the start. Today is June 12th 2019 and if i would not have called them today this would still not be resolved. I'm just gonna make a list...

1) My order was changed without consulting me. I ordered 3 of each style and they decided to send me only 1 of 1 style.

2) I was sent a ups tracking link (because i choose UPS ground shipping) with a USPS tracking number so i was not able to track my order (no biggie got my order anyways)

3) Received emails from both Oista and Bodyfab Wholesale (same vendor) showing me my order details with different information. One shows that i was getting 3 items of 1 style and the other shows the opposite.

4) Received incorrect item. (which cost less then the one i ordered and did not receive) after contacting them i was told to send an email with a picture of the item received and they would get back. I was advised to send the item back in order for them to send me the item that i had purchased. I asked for a return label because i did not want to pay for shipping cost on an error that was caused by them. I did not get an email back from them so i had to call the next day to have them send me a shipping label.

5) I called today (6/12/19) because i had not received any type of notification of when i was going to receive my correct items. I was placed on hold and then transferred to a warehouse rep. Rep advised that she sent me a refund by my request (never asked for a refund since the item i was missing was the whole reason why i even ordered from them in the first place). I advised her that i was previously told that i would get my items once i send back the incorrect items i had received and expressed all the inconveniences i have had with them and her response was that they already kept me happy by sending me a return label but let me remind you once again that the shipping label was needed because of an error on Oistas part.

6) Horrible customer service. The warehouse women i spoke to started talking over me and kept stating that they have already made me happy and she ended up hanging up on me.

Never ever ordering from them again and if i can save another re sellers time i would. I attached images that support my above statements. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

I'M Confused!

I read for months reviews and watched youtube reviews and the best clinchers I could find for construction strength, least amount of spillage & rolling, and both long enough and high enough in the back was 1800cinchers. I went on the site and knew I wanted 1- latex waist trainer, 2- Non Latex Vest cincher, 3. Leggings.

I spent days on the site before ordering for 2 reasons. 1- Every item had a different size chart so every single item I went into I would need a totally different size (ranging from L to 3X or size 36 to 42 depending on the item I clicked on) but obviously I have the exact same waist measurement that I would check on the chart. VERY ODD!

2- By the time I would figure out & choose my options (size for that specific item and color, & short/long/or vest) 80% of them would say OUT OF STOCK and I'd have to start over again and find another item on the site.

By the time I found items that had my size & color in stock (which were not my first choices) I finally got an order together and sent the order through with a prepaid credit card I bought at the grocery store since I didn't know this company and didn't want to give them my personal credit card # yet.

I immediately got an email that said order confirmation and a # attached to it. In the email the first thing it says in huge letters is that "CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE" This freaked me out because Im buying from Canada so Im paying high shipping costs, plus 30% more because of the exchange rate, the sizes Im not trusting because they've given me 6 different sizes on the site for my waist measurement depending on each product and they would be of no use to me if they dont fit. I would have ZERO interest in purchasing something unless it was exchangeable once I tried it on.

A couple hours later I got a 2nd email giving me a tracking # and saying my items were shipped out and again the big bold letter disclaimer showing NO EXCHANGE on clearance items. Im starting to get freaked out as my order is $261. I dont think my items are clearance but now Im second guessing as all of them do have a certain price crossed out and show a lower price.

Im sitting there thinking maybe I should call them and make sure when I get a 3rd email saying 1 of your 3 items you ordered is out of stock (it wasn't when I ordered). The email says would you like to still get 2 of the items out of the 3 that are in stock or would you like to cancel your whole order.

I email back asking for clarification about this non exchangeable issue and request that they send me a non latex vest instead of the latex vest they are saying is no longer in stock.

I get an email back saying please do not email this address to change your order.

HUH! They emailed me changing it and asked me a question.

I went on the live chat and its a waste of time. The person is very robotic and gives generic answers that I assume are the same to every single person and every single question.

I finally email back and say ok just cancel the whole order and i will immediately go online and reorder my same order with the change in vest.

I get an email back saying order cancelled.

I go online to reorder with the 1 change but now a 2nd item I ordered is showing out of stock so only 1 is available so I have to make 2 changes. Im on there for what seems like hours and finally order and get a response that my credit card is rejected. I figure out that they have already taken the $261 off the credit card so now only $239 is left available on it.

I keep my items in the shopping card and spend the whole next day calling the credit card to see if the money has been refunded so I can go ahead and put through the order again. I call the credit card co 7x and its never there. I call 1800cinchers they insist its been returned. I wait and wait and wait days and by the time its refunded 5 days later I try to put my order in again and it says 2 of these items are out of stock.

Im tired by this point so I just order the 1 item.

I get a confirmation #

The next day I get an email with a subject line that says ORDER CANCELLED. I open the email it says "Your order #XXXXXXX has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
Your payment has been refunded.
Please contact our customer support line *******358 if you have any questions or concerns."

What the hell does this mean? What is "UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES"

I email them back and ask what the problem is now.

They email me and say we have assigned a ticket # and send the # and says someone will contact me.

That was 3 days ago.

I REALLY have no idea what to say about this company or their products as in my experience they are impossible to order from.

Im starting my research over again now and trying to find somewhere that sells good cinchers that I can actually order from and that dont take an outrageous amount of time and effort to order from.

OH YEA, AND they took the money off my credit card again for the 2nd time (after it took them a week to refund it the first time) and still have not returned it again yet.

UGH! FRUSTRATING!
