After being told by grower after grower not to buy Nukeheads because of their bad seeds and shady business practices, I was convinced by a trusted friend to give them the benefit of the doubt after they grew out a couple of them that looked great. I only bought after watching their "how to germinate" video and was pleasantly surprised it was the same method I already use. Ph'd water, 78 degrees, 70ish% humidity in a temp controlled germination kit. I proceeded to try to germinate six seeds from Elev8 and eight seeds from Nukeheads. All of the Elev8 seeds had popped within 36 hours and none of the Nukeheads seeds have popped after 48+ hours. After googling "nukeheads seeds not germinating" I get the "problems germinating our seeds read here" that is full of red flags that would have stopped me from buying. Not only is this section full of insulting nonsense I have never heard from another seed company like "our seeds are lab tested and certified. We are not the best for beginners." but it appears to be a convenient way to sell bunk seeds at a discount (making the customer think they're getting some kind of deal) and then blame any germination/herm issues on the grower not being an "expert." THEY EVEN OPENLY ADMIT TO UP TO A 50% FAILURE RATE AS IF IT IS NO BIG DEAL. "Example: You buy a 10 pack of seeds for 100$ 5 seeds didn't ever open for you." Since it would ever be acceptable for you to have a 50% FAILURE RATE? Huh, I wonder why I've never seen or heard a reputable seed source EVER say anything like that. Oh right, because they know IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN IF YOU'RE SELLING LEGIT SEEDS. I'm going to make a video of me trying to germinate the rest of this trash, and when it fails I'm going to post it online as I expect to be tarred and feathered by Nukeheads for daring to tell the truth about a company that already has a horrible reputation in the industry. Yes, we all know you paid for promotion in High Times. We don't care. Stop selling junk seeds.
