Absolute horrific experience with this company. Ordered a canvas on 20th September gets an email on 24th September to say order was on its way to shipping partner.
YODEL received my parcel on 27th September and I gets an email to say its being delivered on 30th September.
Parcel does not turn up, contacts Yodel who tell me it shall be delivered on 1st October, parcel doesn't turn up contacts so I contacted My Picture who confirms it's being delivered tomorrow (2nd October) if it does not turn up to get back in touch I also contacted Yodel again to be told it's being delivered on 2nd October parcel does not turn up.
Contacts Yodel on 3rd October to be told again oh it's being delivered today (3rd October) also contacted My Picture again who confirmed it's being delivered today (3rd October) however if it did not arrive I was to contact them straight away and they would resolve the issue.
Low n behold no parcel delivered on 3rd October so yet again contacts Yodel today 4th October guess what it's being delivered today bearing in mind the tracking for this parcel has not changed since 27th September.
Not happy with Yodels response/lies I contacts My Picture only for them to tell me it's being delivered today 4th October it is on Yodels tracking page. No it's not as I have a screen shot of the tracking page which states 3rd October.
I informed My Picture I am not happy with this and not willing to wait any longer as I am 98.9% sure Yodel have lost this parcel and requested a refund on my to be told oh we don't refund on custom made products we replace.
Ok if this is all you can offer then as much as I am not happy then replace it, oh sorry we can't do this as we need Yodel to confirm the parcel is lost and they have not confirmed that (like they are going to). I asked them so what is the next step as I am really not happy only to be informed well we need to see if they deliver today and if not we need to wait on them confirming the parcel is lost 🤷🤷.
I asked 4 times how long am I meant to wait on either this parcel turning up or Yodel admitting it's lost to which I got no straight answer.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their Customer Service is absolutely appalling they do not care if you receive your parcel or not and they are not willing to refund at all or replace until their courier admits they have lost your parcel.
