I ordered a Pixel 3 XL from this company and on receiving it the screen was cracked. When I put my SIMs card in and tried to do anything half the time it is not work and the time would not stay correctly. I contacted Google and first thing they told me was the IMEI number was registered to someone from November of last year and they could not do much with the telephone because it was still that person's telephone. Also they said there was a software issue and it could not be fixed. I am Google also emailed and called this company several times in the last 3 weeks and for some reason they cannot even talk to me about the issue but I bought the telephone through Amazon and finally Amazon after about 10 emails to Jem Jem they finally responded to them with a grounds label for me to send it back but would not give me any indication why nothing would work or why it was registered to somebody else and also would not even give me not even a partial refund until they received the phone which UPS said it take 2 weeks to get there. I feel their information is very misleading and very customer poor to not contact me, Google, or Amazon so long and relationship to this. This is the absolutely worst experience and I do believe the worst company in United States to do business with as far as any telephones or iPads because as far as I'm concerned and Google is concerned that they are not legit and selling fraud devices. Please do not even hassle and messing with this company. Since they sent me the return label I have contacted them by telephone 23 times and 14 emails to try to get something done faster but no return response. Hope Jen Jen reads this and learns a little bit from it because it's absolutely ridiculous because I had to pay for the telephone before I could receive it but they cannot issue any type of refund even though Amazon and Google both tells them the phone is no good until they receive the product back which takes two weeks then they said it might take another week for them to look at the telephone. This is bull bologna and this is false advertisement and by sure the better business bureau will be notified and supposedly Amazon is doing a investigation about this. To be honest I believe the Amazon since Jim Jim is there client that they should step in and do something about this with they will not neither so just see what happens thank you. Jason
