When I looked at the tracking info on a pair of jeans I ordered from GoJane it stated that they were delivered and left outside my front door. I live on A very busy street in a sketchy neighborhood, so naturally the package was not there when I looked. I called OnTrac and thy told me that goJane had specified to leave the package at the front door, which was not mentioned anywhere when I paced my order, and I absolutely did not say that I wanted that to happen. I emailed GoJane and explained my issue, stating that I did not specify anywhere that I wanted my package left at my front door, and I requested a refund, and said they could figure it out further with OnTrac themselves.
I got a prompt reply from Deena saying that they would send a new package via UPS and waive the shipping "as a courtesy", and they would start an investigation with OnTrac. Although that was not what I asked (I requested a refund) I was moderately satisfied with the service and was happy that they were sending a replacement with a different carrier (OnTrac is an absolute NIGHTMARE)
Well, about two weeks go by, and I hadn't received my package (I live in the Bay Area, and GoJane ships from SoCal, so it shouldn't take more than about 3 days via ups) and whenever I clicked my new UPS tracking number it came up that it was not valid. Then I got a call from Ontrac in the morning saying that they were going to send a driver to come look for the package by 5pm that day. So I missed work to wait for OnTrac. Stupid idea on my part. They never showed up, I still don't have my package. I'm still emailing GoJane and they aren't replying. Customer Service is absolute garbage, their shipping method is completely faulty, and they lie and give you fake tracking numbers when they claim to send you a replacement. GOJANE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GIVE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Yeah, i once received a dress with a little tear, gave them a call, of course you must do that before they close, and right on the phone replaced it for me while we're still on phone, free of charge both shipping even with the torn one with a sweet mail for mistake.
Let's give respect to who deserved it, their costumer's services are hand picked and very sweet, because i've an accent that makes it diffcult forvpeople to understand me very well & they are always stay with me till the end.
What they show is what you will get. There're times i've up to 4 different item on different occasion and still get all WITHOUT ANY MISTAKE + THEIR sweet sales and coupons!
Ordering from GOJANE to me is like going to the shop myself and getting it myself, so also the return or exchange (but the exchange takes up to a week plus bcos they've to receive it first) Give them a call before you return it followed by *******@gojane service.com.
One more thing i love about this site is the follow up before and after, they will keep yoou updated and do add gifts for me. I thank God for thevday i heard about them through Instyle magazine.

I am more then a frequent shopper on the GoJane website and I am fairly happy with most my orders. This last order i put in pretty much did it for me. I placed my order on a saturday and realized I had put the wrong shorts so I messaged their customer service right away letting them know the size and name of the right item. 1 second later literally I got an email confirming that they received my email and that it would be taken care of. I pretty much enjoyed the rest of my weekend thinking that everything would be fine When i got to work on monday at 12:21pm I recieved an email saying my items had been shipped out. As i looked I noticed they didnt change the pair of shorts. So I called customer service the lady literally sounded like she didnt know what to say to me she had 1 word answers. Pretty much useless at helping me with anything. I asked for the manager and she pretty much avoided that and continued to tell me you would have to pay to send it back. Anyways the point is that i've been shopping on the website for more then a year and they just lost a customer over $12.00 in shipping. All i asked was that they take care of sending the shorts back so I can receive the ones that I wanted. I never asked for them to be free. The lady tried to make an excuse basically saying there shipping opens an hour before (8am) but my items were sent out at 12:21pm so they had 4 hours to avoid the problem (9am is when the offices open). The email basically telling me screw you have a nice day was sent exactly an hour after they shipped out the items. If they had done their jobs and checked their email when they got into work none of this would've ever happened. The first thing I do when i come into work is check my email, makes me really wonder if thats there little way of making extra money. 3 REASONS: lotsa discount events + NO EXTRA FEES upon delivery for Canada + relatively fast shipping = yay!
I have made 3 orders from this site and they were all smooth and I got to save A LOT on COD (for Canada) because they use USPS. Wooo!
First order -- a strappy bra thing. Super cheap cause I wanted to test them out first.
Second order -- the most amazing platform wedges that were $12! They arrived in perfect condition with NO extra handling/etc fees even though they came in a box! Totally wasn't expecting that. Yeeeah.
Third order -- knock-off version of the One Teaspoon "Eagles Shadow Bikini" which details for $120 on Nastygal and was selling on GoJane for $30. I'm a 32C and took a gamble and ordered M/L instead of S/M and thank GOD I did. The material is not amazing compared to the One Teaspoon version but for $30, I'm way happy.
Fourth order -- after my last order, GoJane sent me a 40% off coupon! Why they decided to do this now and never before, I have no idea but I just used it on these lace-up cut-out boots that look exactly like mid-level designer ones I've seen on NastyGal. With discount, shoes were under $20.
Plus they sent me follow-up e-mails to make sure that I received my orders. I mean, if I hadn't, I don't know how helpful the e-mails would have been... but I did! So yay.

- constant discounts -- things get dirt cheap if you wait for their 50-60% off events
- fast shipping with tracking -- I got my $#*! in 10 days, which is faster than most sites whose warehouses are closer. (I live in Toronto.)
- no COD for Canada, no handling fees for boxes!
- cute styles! I think they are actively plagiarizing NastyGal... I used to not like this about GoJane but now I'm like, whatever cause I've been pissed at NG lately for suddenly changing the shipping to Canada to DHL without warning and punishing us previously loyal customers with HUGE customs fees that you ONLY get with DHL.

Looking at the reviews here, I justed wanted to add a positive one because I know it's mostly those with bad experiences who bother to write reviews. Online shopping always carries the risk that your package will be lost, which really sucks and I feel for all the people who feel scammed because of that. I'd be pissed, too! I've been shopping online for 6-7 years and I've never had a lost package so it's just luck.

I like this site because it is HONEST with its prices. What you see, which can look cheap, is what you get. It DESCRIBES itself as "cheap"... can't get more real than that, yo.
I also LOVE the fact that my packages appear in my mailbox... never a slip telling me to pay $****** at the post office to pick it up as with sites that use DHL... *forever side-eyeing Nastygal*
