I ordered a beach mat last summer, a year later and several attempts to reach them now I realize that their website no longer exists either. The first time I emailed them I got a response saying that it was on the way but their site said it had not shipped but preparing to ship. Then I received an email saying it would be here by August 26 2018 yet it was already August 27th. The header claimed August 6th. When I emailed back telling them the date they were giving me made no sense at all because it had already passed I got no response. I sent several email attempts after that and still no response from them. So dissappointing!
