Very Disappointing - There is NO Guarantee regardless of what the site says

I called on Aug 7 inquiring about receiving an order for personalized bev napkins on 8/19. I told them I wanted assurance I would receive the order by this date (today BTW) before I placed my online order. I received this assurance. Website says: Guaranteed 1-Day Production time - "It's that simple". B. S.! They said personalized napkins are never one day(?) --- then why is it listed as a qualifying item on their Guarantee page? How the hell is a customer supposed to know how they classify their different products - wedding napkins, message napkins, personalized napkins - WTF? I ordered 200 napkins with a simple message - "Happy Birthday Joe on your 60th Birthday!". I called yesterday for a tracking number to confirm the package was on its way. I come to find out that expected delivery is 8/22 (Saturday)!. WHAT? Party is tonite. OMG- why did they tell me it would be received in time? When I called yesterday they said for an additional $5 they could have been 1-day production time ----- excuse me? On top of that, they give a FedEx track number and further learn they use (Not-so) Smart-post that passes the package to the Postal Service. $13.38 and they can't get it sent by FedX ground for a typical 4-day service from Calif to Chicago? A lot of confusion, non-typical and difficulty following what should have been a simple order! I cannot speak for the quality of the product since I haven't seen it -- since it will arrive 3 days after my event. The only thing I can further say about this experience is that I will have $50 worth of a product that I really have no need for after this evening, and they will be arriving 3 days later than the arrangement I made on the phone with a customer service order rep prior to placing an online order. I knew the timeline would be close, but don't blow me sunshine and allow me to think that I'm getting what I need and lead me into a disappointment. Asshats! Also, if they are called fast balloons -- then why do they answer the phone "Windy City Balloons"? These folks are just plain disorganized and confused. DOH! Reviews I read led me to believe people seemed to be satisfied with the product... so I guess just order 4-6 weeks in advance to be assured of having product in-hand for your event -- and pay close attention to the "categories" of items.

Do Not Use This Company

Horrible customer service, didn't receive my order in time for my event when i was told i would, given wrong tracking number and they wouldn't release the correct one to me...

I placed an order on a Tuesday, requesting 250 balloons w/ my company's logo on it for an event on Saturday. I chose the company because it was called FAST balloons, claimed 1 day production time, etc. I requested an online proof, which I did read that it adds 1 extra day to the production time from the approved proof (once received), but did choose 2-Day Express (to which I was charged an extra $25 for). The proof was received that same day, Tuesday. The proof was then submitted same day, Tuesday. EVEN with the 1 added day of production time... technically the order would go out Wednesday with 2-day delivery for Friday. If I didn't choose the online proof then the order would go out "same day"... which would have been Tuesday. I even called to follow up on the order Thursday to ensure a Friday delivery, since the tracking number sent in my email wasn't the right tracking number... nothing populated matching that number. When I spoke with a man on Thursday, he told me Friday delivery. Nothing arrived Friday, nothing arrived Saturday. When I called today (Monday) I was on hold with someone for about 10 minutes, to be transferred to someone else. When I explained the situation, he said "well there is no information here stating that you called and spoke with anyone so I can't go by that". Calling me a liar. He continued to say that there is 1-2 days added production time if you choose an online proofing. I advised him I approved the proof the same exact day I placed the order. By my calculations, and also speaking with someone AT THE COMPANY I was under the impression of a Friday delivery.

Our conversation continued for about 20 minutes, him just repeating the script in front of him. I told him the guy I spoke with when I first called in was the same guy I spoke with who told me Friday delivery. I requested to be transferred back to him so I can talk to him directly since he was the one who told me Friday delivery. He said he couldn't do that because it would escalate to a confrontation. I said I didn't care if it did, if he was calling me a liar, and not believing me that i called in, or spoke to someone, then i will speak with the person who I know told me Friday delivery.

When it's all said and done, he said there was nothing he could do, refused to refund me my extra $25 that I paid for 2-day shipping, refused to send me back to the original person I spoke with-whom I am assuming is the owner or manager, and this customer service rep didn't want to get into any trouble. I asked him what we are going to do about the situation and he said NOTHING.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DIDNT TRY TO MITIGATE THE SITUATION AT ALL, CALLED ME A LIAR, WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE AT THE COMPANY. I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER WHEN I WAS TOLD BY A PERSON (NOT BY MY TRACKING NUMBER OR FEDED) THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT BY A CERTAIN DATE.

Do not use them, they aren't worth your time or your hard earned dollars.
