They are scammers! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE! I bought over $500 worth of products over a month ago - still have not received. The day when I was supposed to receive my package, they email me saying I needed to pay an additional $800+ of delivery insurance? Total bogus! I fell for it, and then they told me I needed a medical card in order for it to be delivered - over $1700. I did not pay and now I cannot get a GOOD response from Cheebapot or the delivery service. They even have a fake delivery service called Alfex. I have called, texted, and emailed both Cheebapot.com and their "delivery service" so many times with NO RESPONSE - assumingly because I did not pay for a medical permit (which would be fake anyway). I finally got a hold of someone at AlFlex and the gentleman was rude and had an accent from a foreign country by the sound of his voice. Could not get an answer from him and he hung up. Scammers!

Update - 6/1/2021 - I was told that I would get a refund of my money. In order to do that, I had to create a CashApp account that THEY had access to. Obviously it was a scam, because the payments never got validated through the system. I tried to contact them about this, and my email BOUNCED BACK to me. They Shipping Service AlFlex, NO LONGER EXISTS and I get a 404 error code when trying to get to the site's contact us page. If you try to got to their MAIN PAGE, you get to a random Login... SO I messaged CheebaPot, using the chat system. I wrote the same thing about 6 times and no one answered. I said that it was a scam, and guess what? Now, the chat option is gone! Also - noticed that to leave a review on their site, you have to "ask permission"... Seriously? That's why they all sound so promising. But I now know them to be fake.

I am literally trying to just help people not get scammed by this website. DO NOT SEND MONEY through Zelle or CashApp, it will be gone and you will not get what you think you purchased. Plus no CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I am out $1,300+. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM them, DO NOT BUY A PERMIT and DO NOT PURCHASE A MEDICAL CARD. It's all a scam to get your money.
