THEY SUCK! I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE AGAIN. I'M ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS MOMENT. FOR THE 4TH TIME THIS WEEK. NO SUPERVISOR WILL COME TO THE PHONE PER MY REQUEST SEVERAL TIMES. I KEEP BEING TOLD THEY ARE PROCESSING IT WE SENT IT TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT, WHO THEY WILL NOT DIRECT YOU TO SPEAK TO. WHEN I MENTION CONTACTING BBB. THE REP ON PHONE SAYS HER SUPERVISOR TOLD HER TO GO AHEAD AND ISSUE A REFUND. SO WHY HAVEN'T YOU DID THIS 3 WEEKS AGO WHEN YOU OWED IT TO ME?! IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND NEXT WEEK AND THE EMAIL CONFIRMING THIS PHONE CALL I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB ON ASHLEYSTEWART STORES ONLINE! THEY NEVER GIVE A VALID REASON "WHY" THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY CARD. NEVER! ALWAYS SAY WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS WHICH TURNED INTO OVER A MONTH! RIGHT NOW I BEEN ON THIS 4TH CALL 30 MINS., WAITING TOLD HER TO SEND EMAIL WHILE I'M ON PHONE... I'M WAITING! "PLEASE'! DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO SEND A RETURN FOR/REFUND... CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I CAN GIVE YOU SOME CHOICE WORDS BUT YOU GET THE IDEA! UPDATE... I'M STILL ON PHONE WITH REP 45DMINS. SHE SENT AN EMAIL WHICH I CHECKED WHILE ON PHONE AND STATED THEY WOULD TEFUND ME LESS THAT HALF OF WHT MY ORDER WAS... HOLD TH &^%$ UP! YOU GOING TO GIVEALL MY MONEY YOU TOOK OFF MY CARD FOR MY ORDER! SHE TRIE TO ARGUE ME DOWN TELLING ME WHAT I PAID FOR EACH ITEM... OH NO SWEETIE YOU GOT ME TWISTED! YOU BETTER LOOK ON MY ORDER AND COME CORRECT! THEN SHE GIVES ME ALL THE APOLOGIES. NOT NEEDED GIVE ME MY MONEY YOU OWE ME BACK! ALL OF IT! I HAVE NEVER NEVER! I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE FOR YEARS. AND THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE WORST I HAVE COME ACROSS. I ORDER ONLINE SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH... THEY ARE BY FAR THE "WORST SERVICE REPS TO DEAL WITH" THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL A. S. YOU HAVE NONE THUS FAR! NEVER AGAIN... TO MANY OTHER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WHO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
