Totally they want a c/c # then google will stick it to you. Charging your company with outrageous rates. On top of that they sign you up for upgrades on there own dont even contact you first they tell you by email that there upgrading your services. And trying to contact some one about there billing procedures. They dont care. Our companey has been waiting since june 1st for a manager to call our company back as they said they would give us a credit and they would have a manager call us back. Still waiting for them. They even acknowleged clicks that were coming from different states we didnt even ask for but they are so quick to collect on all Clicks and about hundreds of clicks that are abused clicks. If you give google a c/c card they will charge and charge. Our company has lost thousands with google they have used are competitors buisness names as our ad words. So people calling for a specific companey. The customer will go to the companey s name and google and we end up paying for the click then we have to tell the customer who there really callin g. REALLY. Google has other companies names as our adwords. Im reporting Google to the attorney general and going to file a class action lawsuit. They have until january 4th to respond to the BBB. Since they can not even return a phone call to explain there web practices and there charging practaces and how every click is a good click. They refuse to explain why they have been charging thousands with no proof or results. CONSUMERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF GOOGLE IM PIST OFF THAT A COMPANY THIS SIZE DONT GIVE A $#*! ABOUT NOTHING.
