Paid for the item, never received it..

I bought a Xiaomi MI band on this store. All was going normal, payment was done and item was shipped.
However, at some point, the tracking id started showing that something went wrong.
I called the courier and they told me that the package had been lost and the store had already been contacted about it.
Then I sent an email to the store and the nightmare started.
A total of more than 30 emails were exchanged over 2 months. In the beginning the store said they would send a 2nd delivery. But that never happened. All the times I asked for the tracking id of the 2nd delivery, they tried to deceive me, showing the tracking id of the 1st one. They did all the kind of things to let the time pass and forcing me to quit. They talk about covid (when there were no restrictions anymore in my country). Then they tell me to keep waiting (when the tracking id clearly shows the item won't arrive). Then they pretend not knowing the order number (asked for it more than 10 times, while it was always present on the same email). Other times they said they were investigating it. Other times that the reship was done. It went into a never ending loop where they go through the same answers over and over again.

I know (by reading the other reviews) that they will try to reply to this one saying some lie, but just to prove my case, here is the tracking id for the lost item:

I don't recommend this store to anyone as, being an online store, they will completely refuse any responsibility with the delivery.
