Yes, all of the time, don't bother with it and customer care will fob you off to the next engineer and the next customer care agent, it does not work and being constantly disconnected will drive you insane, something nobody needs at the moment

Why are Virgin Media allowed allowed to operate in this country when they are removing sports channels from their platform.

Why is Vigin Media internet service so bad? Why their "new, future" technology horizont box are just a box of trash? Why they don't get their license taken away for pretending to have good quality internet?

I would like to find out more information about broadband. We live in Swords and I would like to know how long does it take to switch from other company to yours? Is the internet speed reliable, are there any hidden charges? And how long is the contract itself? How much is the annual contract payment? Possible future customer.
