Why didn't I get my order from 3 weeks ago and why have you not responded to my phone calls or emails. Do I have to contact my bank for a refund now?

Hi,
We will follow up orders we receive within 24 hours.
If the product you want is sold out, we will send an email asking if you will continue to wait for the warehouse replenishment or we will refund you.
Can you tell me your e-mail and order number?
