I STRONGLY do NOT recommend Ultimate Guitar. Their 1.4 rating speaks for itself and their customer service is virtually non-existent, alll support email are answered by Bots that are programmed to deny any refunds.

HELLO? How do I get you people to STOP taking my money? I have been asking to unsubscribe for almost THREE YEARS! I want all my money back.

Answer:
I closed a credit card 6 months prior to their Autorenew, BUT Visa makes it possible for them to bill another Visa card I have...? Ultimate Guitar refuses refunds. I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and I strongly urge others to do the same!

Why do you rip people off? Because this is how you do it in Russia? It is not nice to give free trials and not let people unsubscribe. You seem to have no customer service and horrible business practices. I want the music industry to know how dishonest you are.
