How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at UknowKids?

Customer service doesn't respond at all. I left many messages and they never got back to me to help get the service working correctly.

Customer Service as bad as AT&T. You can't speak to anyone. All they have is online chat and it usually takes them 48 hours or more to respond.
