I found them to be a total scam. Completely unhelpful. I've had to dispute the charges for services with my bank, and their customer service agent has made threats -- in writing -- that I not contact the Australia authorities to report them. (Of course, I have.)
Note that they are available only during European hours -- so if you are in Australia, Asia, or North America, they won't necessarily be very responsive.
There are many reputable agencies to help you get a visa. My experience is that UIS isn't among them.
