Most of them are entry level courses that don't have any accreditation offered to students but there is a messaging feature that students can use once logged in to ask instructors if they have accredited status. As of the last search results about 866 entries have been returned for Reiki, some of which offer certification but not accreditation. I personally have not taken a Reiki course so I cannot comment on the offerings and quality.
