Probably because they have so few sponsors they have make money by play the same 3 ads LOL

I'm not sure when this question was asked but I can tell you that this doesn't happen on Tubi if you're a registered customer.

Or why they Start a new feature 5 minutes before the one your watching ends? 4 movies I'd like to know what happened at the end. Guess Netflix will get my $ And reviews.
