They just came out with their new timeless ferment snail toner and emulsion set. I've been using it for some time now and I love it. It makes my skin a lot my hydrated with a youthful glow.

I would stay away from the Tony Moly lip scrub. It was way too creamy, doesn't exfoliate, and tastes bad. Their lovely eyebrow pencil was also way too red of a brown for my eyebrows.

How is their customer service?

Tonymoly online offers great customer support. One time my order said it was delivered but I never received it and I ended up calling their office in NY. They repsonded promptly and apologized for the inconvenience before shipping out another order to me! I'm a satisfied customer.
