How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at TokyoTreat?

It usually takes days to get a response & only through email. Quite frustrating.

If you just want automated messages then fine. If you want proper answers impossible.

Very difficult, as well as pointless. They have various ways of contacting them, but often ignore them. Once you contact them, they will lie to you repeatedly.

Easy, but don't expect them to actually be helpful. You'll just get one of the same five robot responses over and over.

It's not. Their website is designed to discourage you from submitting any sort of support ticket.

Quite easy - they respond in "up to 72 hours" (in my experience, under 24 hours even). However, the answers are often just pre-canned responses, they don't necessarily actually read the issues, and are likely to just close tickets with no real resolution

It's not too hard, but the answer times may vary depending on when you contact them
