To everyone reading this forum I need some help and advice a s a p!

My sister lives with our parents she has 'aspergers' syndrome which is a mild form of autism. She went through the main stream education system and struggled at school as displayed many 'different' behaviours which caused alot of bullying. I am grateful that I i 2 years older and have always been able to look out for her.
I've just discovered that she clicked on Tara as she saw a link years ago when on FB.
I recently asked her if I could she her bank statements as I was filling out forms for her and I was shocked, horrified and upset to see on

She is 30 years of age now and does purchase things from the internet and does have her own bank account and card. Thankfully the messages 'Tara-guy from Hong Kong' were in her inbox and I've read them all and feel she was at an incrediibley vunerable place desparate to find a boyfriend and these e mails scared her into parting with this money. Shes recieved nothing through the post?!

I am upset and really want to fight her corner and get this money returned. She has now met a wonderful man online and they are getting married in may £698.85 could be used in a POSITIVE way, any advice,
